Tiny house, big experience
The accommodation
Close to the city with a bus stop 240m away. If the weather holds we can provide free bike rental for you to discover Tallinn (we have two bikes, please let us know in advance if you wish to use our bikes).
The tiny house is located on our property, but it has a private entrance from Tihase street with its own little private terrace (the garden around behind and next to the house is not available for guest use). The house is in one of the nearest residential areas to the city center. Parking is free on Tihase street.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, water kettle, dishes, pots and pans. Drying rack is behind the bed headboard. Free WiFi and free parking on the street. SmartTV with Netflix.
One of the biggest shopping centers (Kristiine Keskus) is located 700m away within a 10-minute walk (with restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and all kinds of shops and services) – there’s also a petrol station. The city center can be reached by car in 5 minutes, a trolley in 10 minutes or a 20-minute walk.
Parties in the accommodation are strictly forbidden. Please respect the house rules and the local law. Quiet hours are from 22.00 (10pm) until 7.00 (7am). Smoking inside the tiny house is forbidden.

We will send you an invoice for the first night (not refundable when booking is cancelled). The rest can be paid in cash on the date of arrival.
Alternatively, you can also pay 100% in advance via bank transfer.
